Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages. You can call our office at (832) 532-4426 or book online through our patient portal. We'll walk you through the registration process when you schedule.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial plans. Please call our office to verify your specific coverage before your visit.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. For urgent needs after hours, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at (832) 532-4426 or through our online booking system. New patients can also request an appointment through our patient portal using practice code JBGGCD.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and dosages, and any relevant medical records or lab results. Arriving 15 minutes early allows time to complete any remaining paperwork.
How do I access the patient portal?
You can log in at mycw166.ecwcloud.com or download the healow app and search for our practice using code JBGGCD. The portal lets you view lab results, request refills, message your provider, and manage appointments.
How do I request a prescription refill?
The easiest way is through the patient portal. You can also call our office at (832) 532-4426. Please allow 2–3 business days for refill requests. Controlled substances require an in-office visit.
Do you offer hormone therapy?
Yes. We are a certified Biote provider offering bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using subcutaneous pellets for both men and women. If you're experiencing fatigue, brain fog, low libido, or mood changes, ask us about hormone testing at your next visit.
What ages do you see?
We see patients from age 5 and up. For children under 5, we recommend a pediatric specialist. Our providers are experienced in care across all adult life stages, from young adults through seniors.

We are located at 23869 W State Highway 6, Suite D, Alvin, TX 77511. We serve patients throughout the Alvin and Manvel area. Free parking is available on-site.
