How to Get Started
Call or Book Online
Call us at (832) 532-4426 or use the healow app to request your first appointment. Let us know you're a new patient so we can allow extra time.
Complete Your Paperwork
We'll send you a link to complete your new patient registration through the healow patient portal before your visit — no clipboard required.
Gather Your Records
If you have records from a previous provider, request them in advance. Having your medical history, current medication bottles, and insurance card ready helps us get started.
Come in & Meet the Team
Arrive a few minutes early. Our team will welcome you, verify your information, and you'll meet with your provider for a thorough first visit.

Before Your Visit
What should I bring?
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, your actual medication bottles (not just a list), and any relevant medical records or test results from previous providers.
How early should I arrive?
If you've completed your forms online through healow, 5 minutes early is fine. If you haven't completed them yet, please arrive 15–20 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, we reserve same-day slots for acute sick visits. Call us first thing in the morning for the best availability: (832) 532-4426.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see patients of all ages for sick visits, and we provide ongoing primary care for older children, adolescents, and adults. Call us for more information about care for your family.
What if I don't have insurance?
We do accept self-pay patients. Please call our office to discuss self-pay rates and any available payment options.
How do I get my records transferred?
Contact your previous provider to request a records release. You can also ask us to send a records request on your behalf — just bring the provider's information to your first visit.
